These waterdistillation plants have been designed to meet with the requirements of bestquality of distilled water. These are best suitable for removing all type ofimpurities(organic, inorganic , gaseous,bacterial and pyroganic) leaving a final pure distillate.
The evaporatorsare fitted with a set of totally immersed long life heating elements andheavily quoted with tin metal. The elements are easily removable . these are ofself ejection type and in case of short supply of water burn outs are nitpossible.
A convenientdrain valve is provided for flushing and easy accessibility to the entireevaporation chamber makes cleaning extremely easy.
It is doublewalled. The outer and inner (boiler) is made of SS. The gap between walls isfilled with special grade glass wool to a void loss of heat. The condenser is made of SS. The top of boiler ismade of SS sheet of chromium plated die casted gun metal.

The constant levelautomatically maintains a particular height of water in the boiling pan andallows excess of water to go out. The bolling water is converted in to pureclean dry steam which rises through the baffles to finally run over to thecondenser tubes and it is condensed in to distilled water.
By turning thecock the boiling pan is rapidly and thoroughly flushed of its concentratedimpurities which it has collected from the water supply.
