Characteristics and Use
YUIII Melting Machine is the improved and updated produce. It uses petrol as fuel. On the basis of compressing the air, it cauterizes, smelts and welds various alloys through the high-temperature flame produced by welding torch.. The metal melting machine is small size, low noise, light, power-saving, and fuel-efficient. It is mainly for dentist to jointing, for making gold and silver jewelry, creating spectacle frames and repairing the household appliance.

Method
1. Before use, infuse the moderate petrol into the oil hole through the funnel (the total amount cannot surpass 6.5cm from the surface of the liquid to the botton of the barrel ).The petrol should be pure. We suggest the 90# petrol.
2. Both single-barreled and double-barreled welding torch is available to the machine. When use the single-barreled welding torch, only one tee is needed, which connects with the out put of the mixed gas and the out put of the air (so the gas goes out through the same exit ).When use double-barreled welding torch, two three tees are used .
3. Adjust the electrical pump according to different demands of clients to the air output. Turn on Switch I and Switch II at one time, so call the gas pumps work. Turn on Switch ,only one pump works. Turn on Switch II, two pumps work.
4. Before use, connect the output of the machine with the welding torch through the rubber tube. Turn the switch of the oil barrel to ON , start a fire and adjust. Through adjust the valve on the machine and switch on the welding torch, the temperature of the flame can be changed.
Notices
1. When refuel, never leak the petrol into the tank, so as to avoid the danger;
2. Keep the machine at least 1 metre far away from the fre source; forbid to lean or invert the machine when using it ; cut off the power when finish; stop the machine when you leave.
3. Use 3C plug, and make sure the ground line is effective;
4. When finish, turn the switch of oil barrel to OFF.
