    The Application of Thermocouple:

    This series are made to use of high temperature resisting material for thermowell, so they can work stably and chronically from 1800 oC to 2000oC .  We must hold the air into the vacuum furnace to avoid the parts contact to air in the vacuum thermal process, therefore, there is a request about leakage for vacuum furnace thermocouple. Normally, it is controlled by the indicator of pressure raising rate. We can make sure the pressure raising rate of vacuum furnace is less than 0.268 Pa/h. The special thermocouple we produce adopts materialization structure and the wiring method w/strong seal performance, to make sure the pressure raising of thermocouple is less than 0.1 Pa/h, and this can make sure never destroy the vacuum in furnace. So, this series products are mainly used to the temperature measurement of each kind of vacuum furnace in high temperature vacuum and thermal process, can replace the expensive imported products
