    Features and applications :

    The disposable Infusion Pump is a device used for the safe and efficient ,slight-quantity ,continuous and uniform infusion of medicine into the patient's circulation system through the use of the mechanical elastic resilience of the fliud-containing sac as a dynamic force and by the use of the flow limiting action of mini-pore tubes .The disposable infusion pump ,composed of a one way valve or a three-ways stopcock,a fluid containing sac,a fliud medicine fliter,a flow limiting device ,a self-controlled feeding device ,a tubing and an outer  cone connector ,is appliable in clinic practice for abatement or removal of ache or pain of the patient after the operation ,an advanced stage cancer or children bearing and any other acute as well as chronic pain reslut from other causes.

     

    User Manual: 

     

    1.Tear off the packing bag  along the bag openning ,take the infusion pump out,check and make sure that all the devices in it are connected tightly.

    2.Open the protective cap on the dosing mouth ,fill in all the pain-killer fluids prepared beforehand in batches through the dosing mouth by means od the sterile syringe and avoid any air as far as possible from getting into the pump.Upon dosing completed,if there is a slight a quantity of air mix into the fluid -containing sac,it will be discharged all by itself within 3-5 hours and will never enter into the tube cavity.5 minutes after the dosing is fulfilled ,the hand contrl button of the self control type infusion pump should be pushed a few times and wait till the air is thoroughly discharged and in the meatime there is a little pain-killer fliud seeping our.It is now ready for use .The hand control button is pushed once and a 0.5ml ofthe pain-killer fliud in infused,The interval between pushes is 15 minutes.The effective infusion volume of the products should be no less than 90% of the thread volume of it.

    3. With the filling of the pain-killer fluid completed ,make sure that there should be no leakage from the joints between devices,cover the cap on the dosing mouth,wait till the pain-killer fliud flow our normally and connect it with the anesthetic tube ,the intravenous infusion needle or other infusion devices .It is now beginning to serve its fusion of relief from pain.

    4. As this products is subjected to the reversed pressure action of the applied part of the patient body,when it is put to the clinical application,this will lead to a certain error between the actual flow and the flow rate obtained from experiments.

     

    Caution:

    1. This products ,as a disposable appliance ,should be destoryed after application and it is forbidden to be used repeatedly.

    2.If the packing is broken,the products is forbidden to be used.

    3.This products is sterilized with EO,its production batch is show in its sealling -off and its termof validty is two years.
    4.Be sure to observe the sterile operation regualtions during the dosing of the pain-killer fluid and be sure nit to give a strong pull at the connected devices of the infusion pump during its use.

    5.This product should be used and operated by experienced medical staff and attention should be paid to the observation of the patient 's reactions during its application.

    6.This products is applicable within 23±3 and too higher or too lower temperature may have bad influence on the actual pain-killerfliud flow rate.
