    Foaming system

    EM50 electrical foam equipment is designed based on electromotion. It provides SCM process control,display of digital liquid crystal screen, high intelligence and high stability.


    The stable discharge pressure of electrical gear pump makes the combination of chemical foam ensure good quality of foam. The system is designed to facilitate warmth, maintenance of temperature, add chemicals, eject chemicals, display, control adjust and pressure sensing.


    The installation of wall-hanging control box is easy. The coil is in the 6-meter long transfusion tube and helix structure coat on inner wall. The computerized self-inspection system facilitates intelligent fault correction, safety and reliability. The multi-mode timeshoot function and advanced settings provide different perfusion time to processing pieces.

    The 220V electric source works stably and there is no need for additional power source.
