- Product Detials:We offer three kind of Rotary blade set. Special kind of alloy steel is chosen for the blade and it is not easy to rust. But dry air condition is needed. Rotary cutter GQ300 Rotary Slitter model FQ300 Dish blade: This kind of blade set could have clean cut to almost all kinds of rigid material such as glass fiber, absorbent paper etc. The strip width is up to thickness of gasket between down blades. It is easy to adjust up blade to touch down blade gently and the blades last very long time. If different strip width is needed, gasket with new width should be changed or a new blade set should be changed. Minimum strip width is 3mm. Flat cut: The width is decided by up blade set. It is ideal for glass fiber membrane and not good to cut the tough membrane. Minimum strip width is 3mm. Up blade set with new width is needed to change strip width. Round blade: Normally we use round blade for rotary cutter. It could also be used for rotary slitter. Special combs for up and down blade are needed to educe the strip out which is the key to protect the frail NC membrane. New blade set with new width is needed to change the strip width.
