Blood Vacuums
  • Product Detials:CHEVYMEDICAL Vacuums Products Details Heparin Tubes: Heparin Tube is widely used in blood collection and anticoagulation not only for clinical biochemistry tests and emergency biochemistry tests, but also for some items of hemorrheology. It is fast for operation and applicable at a wide range of temperature. It will not lead to secondary out-separation of fiber protein. It is also highly compatible with serum parameter. . PT Tubes: PT tube is filled with buffered tri-sodium citrate solution. Citrate concentration of either 0. 109mol/L (3. 2%) or 0. 129mol/L (3. 8%) are available. The choice of the concentration depends upon the policies of the laboratories. The mixing ratio is 1 part citrate to 9 parts blood. It is mainly used in tests of coagulation mechanism, with the advantages of high accuracy in mixing ratio of blood and anticoagulant. Glucose Tubes: Oxalate tube is also named glucose tube, which is a sort of vacuum tube containing oxalate series of anti-coagulation agent. Owing to the use of stabilizer and special interior treatment, blood specimen can be preserved for longer time without its original status changed, and the supersession of blood cells almost ceases. It is suitable in blood collection and anticoagulation for analysis of blood sugar, red cell electrophoresis, anti-alcalyne haemoglobin, glucose hemolysis, etc. Pro-coagulation Tubes: Pro-coagulation Tube is applicable in blood collection for biochemical and immunity tests. The merit is that it is suitable for a wide range of operation, fast in coagulation, and free of secondary separation of fiber protein. EDTA Tubes: EDTA tubes use EDTAK2 or EDTAK3 as anticoagulant, and are widely used in clinical hematology. EDTA tubes are available for various blood cell analyzer. Gel and Clot Activator Tubes: Gel and Clot Activator Tubes are used to collect blood for clinical biochemistry and immunology. These tubes contain a barrier gel that is present at the bottom of the tube. The specific gravity of this material lies between the blood clot and the serum. During centrifugation the barrier gel moves upward to the serum-clot interface, where it forms a stable barrrier separating the serum from fibrin and cells. Serum may be aspirated directly from the collection tube, eliminating the need for transfer to another container. This barrier improves serum surface, prevents substance exchange between blood cell and serum, thus allows from the stability of certain parameters such as biochemical character and chemical components in the primary tube. ESR Tubes: ESR Tubes contain a 3. 8% buffered tri-sodium citrate solution (0. 129mol/l). The mixing ratio is 1 part citrate solution to 4 parts blood. ESR tubes are used for the collection and transport of venous blood for blood sendimentation rate testing. ESR measurements refer to the Westergren method.
