- Product Detials:The first group of Fulaimu's registered products includes 72 types of bone plates, including 37 types of titanium alloy periarticular plates, 9 types of titanium alloy straight plates, 17 types of titanium alloy metacarpal and phalangeal plate and 9 types of titanium alloy screws. Fulaimu Products have three essential particular features:
1)Unique raw material. Currently pure titanium or stainless steel is used by the manufacturers at home or abroad. However, Fulaimu uses titanium alloy instead of pure titanium. The imported titanium alloy is twice as expensive as pure titanium, but its strength of extension is twice as strong as the latter, thus greatly reduces the probability of break. The raw material used for manufacture, once registered by Beijing authorities, cannot be changed. Therefore Fulaimu products possess an advantage over other products in its raw material.
2)Good adhesiveness. The molding of Fulaimu products has been designed based on experiences of a great number of clinicians and experts and incorporated advantages of products of various brands in the same field. The research and its subsequential modifications and remodifications have taken 6 years to accomplish. The design concept of the product was "externally flexible yet internally rigid" which finally achieves a light, thin, round, narrow yet adhesive periarticular bone plate product that is easy to install and sew up and thus shortens the time for healing of the wound and satisfies the need of both the patient and the doctor.
3)Super-quality of the product. Though already secured by its advanced manufacturing equipment and tooling as well as its unique treatment processing, the key factor of the quality of Fulaimu products is nevertheless its work staff.
