DH-Serials electrolyte analyzer uses English display system and has prompting for each operation, which is very convenient to all users. Even the first-time users can learn the operations of DH-Serials electrolyte analyzer quickly.
DH-Serials electrolyte analyzer can print testing report, store at most one hundred tests, and thirty-one tests for each of the two QC levels.
Warranty Information
Every DH-Searials electrolyte analyzer unit is tested thoroughly before delivery to the customers' laboratory and is guaranteed for twelve months from the dated of delivery/installation (whatever is earlier) for all manufacturing defects.
The warranty is for all mechanical and electrical parts. It is granted only for a proper installation, use and maintenance in compliance with the instructions as contained in this User's Manual.
The warranty does not include any responsibility for any damages - direct or indirect to people and/or material, caused by improper use and maintenance of the instrument.
All parts and consumables that are subject to deterioration, because of their specific use, are excluded from the warranty.
Warranty does not include (if requested) the travel, labor-hours as well as accommodation expenses if the instrument is damaged because of inappropriate handling.
Technical Services
Only qualified Technicians/Service Engineers with suitable instrumentation and original spare parts are authorized to fix the instrument. Ordinary and routine maintenance may be carried out by the user as described in this User's Manual.
When asking for service, refer to this manual indicating also the data reported on the identification label of the instrument.
Ordering Spare Parts
Parts that are subject to deterioration or that are defective and need to be replaced have to be requested from the company or its Authorized Agent/Channel Partner.
